Processing of packaging glass and flat glass
For the optimal processing of glass waste into new high-quality raw materials, we distinguish between packaging glass and flat glass already at the collection stage. It is above all the contaminations associated with these different types of glass that require separate processing in order to achieve the desired results.
Packaging glass
Bottles, jars, bowls and drinking glasses are examples of packaging glass. Packaging glass usually comes from municipal collection, recycling facilities, the horeca sector and retailers.

Flat glass
Flat glass, such as windows, wire-reinforced and insulating glass, car windows and mirrors, comes from greenhouses, buildings and cars (as well as other places). Flat glass is delivered from recycling schemes, recycling facilities, construction companies, greenhouses, glaziers and specialised collectors from the automotive sector.
